Google has recently confirms that, Android 16 is coming very soon. Android 16 launch date: Google can published Android 16 In 2025, Q2 phase. Android 16 is the name of next Android update. Usually, Google was released their operation system in Q3 or Q4 phase, but this time Google decide to release Android 16 three to four month early as if more device can get latest update.
According to history of Android version release, Google release their operation system in August, September & October. But this time Google change their plan.

Why is Google change the plan to releasing Android 16 earlier then usual?
The best Android phones & the best Android tablets can’t launch earlier than Q3. OEMs are not allowed to launch devices running the latest Android version until the latest version has been publicly released to AOSP, not even Google. Exactly what Google itself was forced to do when it launched the Google Pixel 9 series.
Android 16 Release Date
Android 16 launch date: The exact date of Android 16 release date are not known but Google says that Android will have more frequent SDK releases and that two such release are planned for 2025: A major release in Q2 & miner release in Q4. Google says to “stay tuned for more information on the first developer preview of Android 16,” which will be announced sometime “soon.” And maybe it’s possible that Android 16 Developer preview 1 could be released before the end of this year.
My Opinion
As you know that, Google already released their latest Android 15 in this September. But most of the Android user not like this version. My opinion is, Google must have take some decision to add more feature & make more stable. Stay tune for more update.
